Terms of Service

You may use this website to learn about All Supplies Box, to look up a school, and to contact us about a supply program. Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or security.

The contents, options and availability of a supply box are determined by the participating school's supply program, along with the operational details of that program: participating grades and students, required supplies, applicable courses, the ordering deadline, the cancellation deadline, delivery and distribution arrangements, late-order handling and how a problem is reported. Where a program provides that information it is shown with that school's supply box and it governs. A school may change its requirements, and availability can change between school years. Arrangements between All Supplies Box and a school are separate from these terms and are not part of your order agreement.

• Families pay All Supplies Box directly. The family orders through the school's program and pays us for the child's supply box.
• The school administers and covers the program. The required supplies and required course charges are covered through the school's program, and we do not charge the family for them. Optional extras a family chooses are still paid by the family.

Online ordering is currently closed. When it opens, orders are placed against a participating school's published supply program for a specific school year and grade. An order is accepted once it is confirmed by us; submitting an order does not by itself create a binding agreement. Where a school's program sets an ordering deadline, orders cannot be placed after it passes.

Where a family pays us directly, an order may be cancelled up to the cancellation deadline set by the applicable school program, subject to a 25% non-refundable restocking and processing fee; 75% of the cancelled amount is refunded. If the program sets no cancellation deadline, cancellation is available until Delivery on the same terms. The right to cancel ends at the earlier of the program's cancellation deadline or Delivery. Supply items are sourced to the specifications a school requests. Where an item is unavailable or a similar circumstance arises, substitutions are handled in line with the applicable school's program requirements, including any approval that program requires from the school. Photographs and descriptions are illustrative; brand and packaging can vary.

Where a family pays us directly, the price for a supply box is set for each school program and is shown before an order is submitted. Pricing is calculated and confirmed on our servers at the time an order is placed; a price displayed by a browser is not binding if it does not match the server calculation. Where the school covers the required supplies, no amount is charged to the family for them, and only optional extras a family chooses create a payable amount. Payment will be processed by a payment provider once payments are enabled. Applicable taxes and any fees will be shown at checkout.

Supply boxes are prepared according to the participating school's program and delivered to the school in coordination with school staff. Delivery occurs when we deliver the supplies to the participating school, or to another delivery location the school's program designates — not when the school later hands them to a student or family. Delivery and distribution timing is governed by the applicable program and varies between programs; we do not guarantee delivery by a particular date. See our Delivery & Fulfillment Policy.

Once Delivery has occurred an order cannot be cancelled, and correctly fulfilled supplies cannot be returned or exchanged; the sale is final. This does not apply to a fulfillment problem — a missing, damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item. Because supplies are delivered through the school, those are reported through the school's program or its program administrator, checked against the program requirements, delivery information and our fulfillment records, and where confirmed to have come from our fulfillment we may replace the item, correct the order or provide another appropriate remedy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us — including student name, school, grade and any teacher, section or student identifier a school requires. Incorrect information can cause a box to be mislabelled or misdelivered. Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our systems or another person's data.
• Automated scraping, bulk querying or circumventing rate limits or bot protection.
• Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information or orders.
• Interfering with, disrupting or overloading the service.
• Using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose.

The All Supplies Box name, logo, site design and content are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

We rely on third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, bot protection and — once enabled — payment processing. Their own terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from this site.

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep information accurate and the service available, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The following are deliberately not stated here and are being settled with professional advice before online ordering opens: the legal entity name and registered address, a published telephone number, the governing law, venue and dispute-resolution provisions, and any express warranty terms. Nothing on this page should be read as a statement on those points.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site, and the version in effect when an order is confirmed applies to that order.
