Delivery & Fulfillment
How supply boxes are prepared and delivered. The operational details always follow the participating school's own supply program.
Online ordering is currently closed on this website.
Your school's program controls
Each participating school sets up its own supply program. That program determines which grades and students take part, what supplies and course materials are required, when ordering closes, how and when boxes are distributed, how late orders are handled and how a problem should be reported. Where a program provides this information, it is shown with that school's supply box, and it takes precedence over the general description on this page.
If you cannot find what you need, the right contact is your school's program administrator — the staff member your school has put in charge of its supply program.
Prepared to the school's program
Supplies are sourced and prepared according to the supply program a participating school has set for a given school year, including grade-level lists, course materials and any choose-one options the school offers.
How boxes are organised
Depending on what the school's program calls for, boxes may be organised by student, by grade, or by course. Where a school asks for student-level labelling, the details it requires — such as name, grade, and where applicable teacher, section or a student identifier — are used to label the box.
What “delivery” means
Delivery occurs when All Supplies Box delivers the supplies to the participating school, or to another delivery location the school's program designates. It does not mean the later date on which the school hands the supplies to an individual student or family. The school coordinates that distribution under its own plan.
Timing
Delivery and distribution timing varies from program to program and is arranged with each school. We do not publish universal delivery dates or guarantee delivery by a particular day. Where a school's program states its own delivery and distribution arrangements, those are shown with that school's supply box; otherwise, ask your school's program administrator.
Late orders and late enrollment
There is no universal late-order rule. How a late order or a student who enrolls after ordering closes is handled depends on the school's program. Where a program provides late-order instructions, they are shown with that school's supply box. Where it does not, your school's program administrator can tell you what is possible.
Missing, damaged, defective or incorrect items
Because supplies are delivered through the school, the school needs to be involved in reporting and checking a fulfillment problem. Follow the reporting instructions in your school's program, or contact your school's program administrator.
The school and All Supplies Box can then check the issue against the program requirements, the delivery information, the applicable student, grade and course details and our fulfillment records. Where a problem is confirmed to have come from our fulfillment, we may replace the item, correct the order or provide another appropriate remedy.
This is separate from returns. Correctly fulfilled supplies are final once delivered — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Substitutions
Where an item is unavailable or a similar circumstance arises, substitutions are handled in line with the applicable school's program requirements, including any approval that program requires from the school.
