One school. One supply program. Ready for day one.
All Supplies Box works with your school to turn your approved supply lists into ready-to-distribute boxes, packed by student or grade and delivered to your campus on the schedule your program sets.
Supply season creates work long after the lists go out
- Families shop long supply lists across several stores, and not every item is found.
- Brands and specifications vary widely from what teachers asked for.
- Supplies arrive at different times, so classrooms start the year unevenly.
- Teachers work around substitutions and missing items.
- Students carry large quantities of supplies into the building.
- Front-office staff field supply questions, corrections and complaints.
How it works
- 1
Your school sets the requirements
We start from your approved grade- and course-level supply lists, including any choose-one options.
- 2
We source and prepare
We source the items to the specifications your teachers asked for and build the program around your lists.
- 3
We pack by student or grade
Supplies are packed into ready-to-distribute boxes, organised the way your school needs them.
- 4
We deliver to your school
One coordinated delivery, scheduled with your team around the program you set.
What your school gets
For your school
- One supply program instead of many individual purchases
- One coordinated delivery instead of supplies arriving all week
- Fewer supply questions reaching the office

For your teachers

- Classrooms that start the year with the same materials
- Less classroom time spent sorting and collecting
For your families
- One straightforward process instead of a shopping trip
- No hunting for specific items across stores
- Nothing large to carry into the building
- Less chance of arriving without a required item
Programs are set up to suit your school
Schools structure their supply program in different ways. A school may administer the required supply program itself, so families are not asked to pay us for the required supplies. Or families may order their child's box directly through the school's All Supplies Box program. Either way, your school decides the operational details — participating grades, required supplies and course materials, when ordering closes, how and when boxes are distributed, how late enrollments are handled and how families report a problem — and we coordinate fulfillment and delivery to match.
What we need from you
A conversation and a copy of your supply requirements is enough to start. We'll review what your school uses today and walk you through how a program would work for your campus. There is no cost to have the conversation.
